How It All Started
ARP Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. was
founded by its owner and President, Andrew R. Pech in January of
1996. Mr. Pech, a successful Cleveland area home builder and
tradesman, always had a passion for heating and air conditioning, as
well as electrical and plumbing. Mr. Pech decided to pursue
his true interests and closed his construction company to start ARP.
He took his quality home building style and applied it to the HVAC
business. The company took off and he has never looked back!
Success runs in the Pech family. Andrew’s grandfather, John
Pech, was a master carpenter and superintendent for the former Humel
Construction Company. Andrew’s father Robert Pech was the
former president of a modular office company and has since joined
the ARP team.
